I see trees of green, red roses too
I see them bloom for me and you
And i think to myself:
"What a wonderful world!"
I see skies of blue and clouds of white
The bright blessed day, the dark sacred night
And I think to my self:
The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky
Are also on the faces of people going by
I see friends shaking hands saying "How do you do."
Thay really say: "I love you!"
"What a wonderful world!"
Yes, I think to myself:
"What a wonderful world!"
Thank-you Louis Armstrong for these words, and thank-you to my wife Maryse and my children Julianne and Phil, and the rest of my family, for sustaining me, to my doctors and nurses for saving me, and to my friends, old and new for making this such a "wonderful" experience.
